Estate Management: General
Red Mountain Luxury Residences are professionally managed by our Property Management Partner Company. We have an on-site property management office and a full time multi-lingual site manager. All residents are notified prior to any routine maintenance, and all efforts will be made to minimize any disruptions to our resident’s quiet enjoyment of their luxury homes.
Common Area Landscape Maintenance
Daily inspection and maintenance of common area landscaping along streets and the estate’s private park to assure grounds are clean and well-kept.
Gated community with guard house and 24 – hour controlled entrance, staffed by uniformed professional security personnel with photo identification. All visitors are registered and access is controlled.
Swimming Pool Cleaning
Weekly pool vacuuming and filter cleaning; water testing and chemical balancing; mechanical equipment inspection and routine maintenance.

A complimentary air conditioned shuttle bus service offering return trips into Hua Hin town centre four times daily.

Curbside collection and disposal of household garbage.
Infrastructure and Utility Systems
Quarterly inspection of the common area roads, water and electricity supply and wastewater systems and annual maintenance of the wastewater system.
Common Area Improvements
The estate’s perimeter and boundary walls to be painted annually. As necessary, make improvements and upgrades to the common area facilities.
